Antipasti

(Course 1)

PROVOLA ALLA GRIGLIA

Homemade fresh, olive wood smoked Mozzarella. Grilled to perfection. Served over wild sautéed mushrooms, crispy leeks, porcini purée, organic Italian sunflower honey.

SALMONE E FIORI

Organic baked green tomato, topped with Alessandro’s secret smoked salmon and Calabrian pepper mousse, confetti flowers, aromatic crispy crostini, organic baby mix green primavera.

BURRATACAPONATA

Creamy, delicious burrata over organic garden eggplant and roasted bell pepper, Sicilian green olives Caponata topped with crispy San Daniele Prosciutto.

Drizzled with aged Modena balsamic vinegar and micro basil.

TORTELLONI

Veal and beef stuffed large tortelli di pasta. Finished in a walnut portobello cream sauce.

 

Principali

RAVIOLI AMORE

Red heart-shape, homemade Maine lobster and shallots stuffed ravioli tossed in an amazing vodka tomato lobster pink sauce.

COSTATINE

12 hours slow braised prime beef short ribs, organic purple and yellow carrots, celery hearts ragout, layered over velvety white truffle potato purée.

OVEN ROASTED BUTTERNUT SQUASH

Topped with Super food pesto, avocado infused extra virgin olive oil, roasted organic vegetables Couscous Risotto, crispy Roots chips, yellow golden raisins and toasted sunflower seeds, garnished with edible flowers.

 MARE SEAFOOD CIOPPINO

Nonna Ida and Nonna Titina’s original Napoli-style recipe. Italian Squat lobster (langostino), Tasmanian white sole, Scottish salmon, Manila clams,

Black mussels; slowly simmered in a San Marzano tomato, Pinot Grigio wine broth, over homemade limoncello fettucine.
